Shipping

We ship from our headquarters in Cary, North Carolina. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

• Standard shipping (US): 3 to 7 business days after processing.
• Local pickup: free at G13BJJ Headquarters, 836 E Chatham St, Cary, NC 27511, or at our Holly Springs academy. We will email you when your order is ready.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your G13 gear. If something is not right, you may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or refund to your original payment method.

• To start a return, email g13bjjorders@gmail.com with your order number.
• Items must be in original condition. Gis that have been washed or trained in cannot be returned.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective or incorrect items, which we replace at no cost.
• Refunds are issued within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
